Ivanti Patch for Windows 
There seems to be an little bug in XML Data: installation of MS12-043 (msxml4-KB2721691.exe) is installing without required parameters ( /passive /norestart /quiet ) . Therefor the dialog box is appearing on my W2K3 R2 System.
Fixed in later XML release. Thanks.
