Notepad++ Updates are not working for 64 bit PCs. You’re scanning the 32bit location in the registry, not the 64bit location for DisplayVersion.

We are wondering why the time zone patch KB2633952 is not offered?
We focus on getting the security updates out as soon as possible. After that release, we will focus on the non-security updates released by Microsoft. Microsoft released 10 non-security updates during the December 2011 patch Tuesday. We are now starting to work on these patches. ETA for the Time Zone update is next Tuesday, December 20th.
